This website is operated by Interior Oasis.
Interior Oasis creates various types of planted indoor gardens that include glassware, selections of indoor plants, wood and some with ornamental aspects. Each garden is made with thought and care as they are created to be ornamental.
Interior Oasis produce unique indoor garden ranges containing various types of plants and deliver them to locations within a 10-mile radius of Bristol.
The effect of each range will be reproduced with appropriate plants and features to create the effect; however, the specific plants may differ from the pictures shown due to seasonal plant types and availability.
Interior Oasis uses quality handmade glassware that may have usual handmade aspects on the glassware, including small air bubbles. We do not class these as a fault in the product.
Payment for each indoor garden and any accessories is to be made in full through the website at the time of ordering, according to the prices indicated on the respective webpage, including the option to have the product delivered or not.
Delivery of Products
As a Bristol-based company, Interior Oasis delivers its products within a 10-mile radius of Bristol.
Each indoor garden can be delivered. At the checkout the customer will be given the choice to organise an agreed delivery date and time. Following this the you, as the customer, will receive a phone call and then an email confirming the delivery time or window of time.
Changes in Interior Oasis’ delivery dates and times may be made, but in such an event the customer will be contacted, and a new delivery date and time will be issued.
Should there not be anyone present to receive the delivery of the indoor garden the customer may be liable for additional redelivery charge. The redelivery charge will be the same amount as the original delivery charge and will be taken over the phone when a new date and time is agreed and before the redelivery occurs.
Should you not be happy with the products sold, you have the right to cancel your order for a limited time. To do this you will need to notify Interior Oasis within 14 days of receiving your products. You can use the phone number to do this or the contact form on the site. Following this you will have another another 14 days from the date of informing us to return the product to Flat 6 Muller House, Ashley Down Road, Bristol, BS7 9DA. At this point the full amount paid will be refunded to you as soon as possible, and in any event within 30 days of your cancellation. If you are in possession of the goods you are under the duty to retain them and take reasonable care of them.
We reserve the right to make a charge not exceeding our direct costs of recovering the goods if you do not return the goods or return them at our expense.
Interior Oasis will not accept liability for accidental damage or injury caused by the indoor gardens incurred by the customer handling the product.
Repairs and Replacements
We can only accept returns from the person who bought them.
If you, as the customer, have accepted a product by having had the opportunity to inspect it, but later discover a fault, Interior Oasis will look first to address the fault by replacing or repairing the product within 6 months. Interior Oasis is not, however, obliged to repair or replace the item if it was not faulty when the item was bought. You will need to supply proof that you have bought the item from Interior Oasis. This could be a sales receipt or other evidence such as a bank statement.
If a repair or replacement is requested 6 months after the purchase you will need to be able to prove an item was faulty when it was bought.
All notices you send us must be sent to the contact details on this site.
We may give notice to you at either the email or postal address you provide to us when making a purchase. (Notice will be deemed received and properly served 24 hours after an email is sent or three days after the date of posting of any letter).
In providing the service of any notice, it will be sufficient to prove, in the case of a letter, that the letter was properly addressed, stamped and placed in the post and, in the case of an email that the email was sent to the specified email address of the addressees.
Security of the site is managed by Squarespace, the web platform used by this site. For information on site security do visit Squarespace's security policy. 'Stripe' is the company that runs the e-commerce aspects of the site. Please visit their site or contact the for information on e-commerce security.
These terms are governed by English law. Any contract for the purchase of goods from this site and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with any such contract will be governed by English law.
You and we both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction. However, if you are a resident in Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and if you are a resident in Scotland you may also bring proceedings in Scotland.
